ok, so i promise, one more outfit indoors and the rest are all outside! it’s been so hot out it’s difficult to run around taking photographs. on wednesday jane and i are going to photograph a ton of new things! i have lots of summer dresses i want to show off. this skirt i’ve photographed before over the winter as a work outfit. it can really go both ways. i like it for a nice birthday lunch or party. it’s a great neutral. the hat i got a year ago at urban outfitters, i’m a big hat person. i am sort of just realizing this now. i love hats – i think that’s why i love new york so much, because all the seasons require many different kinds of hats. SO excited for fall now that i think about it!

I love the texture of the skirt. It really is such a versatile piece. I'm a hat person too. I have so many in my closet but always forget to wear them. You wear them so well and look gorgeous! xx
