I love this look, there are so many unexpected aspects to it (really loving the word unexpected this last week). Chunky booties with a feminine look, silver collar and gold shiny shoes, leather and jewels...somehow it just works. Sometimes choosing the most absurd things to go together wind up looking the best. I loved this black leather skirt that had a little bit of chiffon at the end, it's kind of similar to my skirt in the last post, well the idea at least. I paired it with this short sleeve black t-shirt I found at H&M, but instead of it just being your everyday black tee, it's got that unexpected silver collar. Had to have it.
The reason why I am sick right now is probably because of these outfits we shot outside in the 23 degree weather. The only difficult thing about being a blogger in NYC is creating fantastic outdoor photos during the months of January, February, and March. We make it work though, don't you think?!
