Rosé Aperol Spritz
Attention all traditionalists—this is not your mama’s Aperol Spritz! Easy to make and even easier to drink up, this sip is a summer must, whether you’re poolside under an umbrella or not.
¾ cup passion fruit juice, chilled
¼ cup Aperol
¼ cup fresh lime juice
4 teaspoons sugar
1 750 mL bottle rosé, chilled (our current fav: The Pale Rosé!)
Ice for serving
Ruby Red grapefruit slices (for garnish)
Whisk together passion fruit juice, Aperol, fresh lime juice, and sugar in a large pitcher until sugar dissolves.
Stir in rosé.
Pour into an ice-filled wine glass.
Garnish with Ruby Red grapefruit slices and enjoy.
