Move over, spicy marg! With far less sugar than your typical tequila cocktail (read: minimal hangover), toss your Triple Sec aside and prepare for a palate-cleansing Paloma. We know it’s early, but we’re calling it the drink of the summer.
Makes 1 strong or 2 mild cocktails
2 oz silver tequila (we recommend Espolon)
Juice of ½ a lime
6 oz Fever Tree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit Soda (available for purchase at our neighbors’, Boisson – which also has tons of options for those who aren’t into alcohol)
Slice of lime or grapefruit, for garnish
Fill a glass with ice (no need to shake).
Pour in tequila.
Top up with grapefruit soda.
Garnish with grapefruit or lime.
