The Perfect Cocktail Recipes for Spring

With the weather warming up and flowers starting to bloom, it feels like spring is finally right around the corner, and what better way to celebrate than with a cocktail? If you’re over the espresso martini trend and dying to find a new go-to, SN has got your back. We have a few fresh cocktails that you’ll definitely want to try at your next pregame, girls' night, or happy hour. 


Pink Grapefruit Rosé


  • 1.5 oz Dry Farm Wines rosé 

  • ¾ oz sweet vermouth

  • ½ oz rhubarb syrup

  • 1 dash of angostura bitters

  • 1 can of pink grapefruit soda 

  • 1 pink grapefruit slice

  • 1 orange slice for garnish


  • Mix rosé, sweet vermouth, rhubarb syrup, and bitters together

  • Add ice and stir 

  • Top off with the pink grapefruit soda of your choice

  • Garnish with pink grapefruit and orange slices

Spicy Spring Margarita


  • 2 oz Lobos Joven tequila 

  • 1/2 oz cointreau (orange liqueur)

  • 1/2 oz agave syrup

  • 1 oz fresh lime juice

  • 1 jalapeño


  • Mix tequila, lime juice, agave syrup, orange liqueur, and one slice of jalepeño, then shake

  • Add lime and salt to the rim of your glass

  • Pour mixture over ice 

  • Add a splash of citrus sparkling water

  • Garnish with sliced jalepeño

Limonana: Blended Mint Lemonade


  • 2 oz of fresh-squeezed lemon juice 

  • 2 oz of simple syrup 

  • Approximately 20 mint leaves

  • 1.5 oz of vodka

  • Dash of sparkling water


  • Blend lemon juice, syrup, vodka and mint 

  • Strain the liquid so there are no bits of mint leaf 

  • Divide the liquid into two glasses filled with ice

  • Add a dash of sparkling water 

  • Garnish with a lemon slice
