Something Navy's January Collection Is Filled With Staples You'll Literally Live In

Getting dressed has taken on an entirely new meaning in recent months.

We're no longer carefully packing outfits for business trips or wearing our fanciest dresses for a night on the town. Instead, we're choosing outfits based on comfort, style, and whatever Zoom meetings we have on the calendar. The Something Navy Team, led by Founder and Creative Director Arielle Charnas, created the January collection with these everyday occasions in mind.

No matter your closet staples at the moment, this latest launch has something for everyone to live in. Loungewear is at the very top of our wardrobes, so Something Navy set out to elevate our favorite lounge sets with pieces like the Nellie hoodie and jogger. This set is a luxe essential made of 100% cashmere–they're the kind of pieces that turn a lounge look into an all-day uniform.

The Delilah quarterzip sweatshirt is made of an oh-so-comfortable French Terry fabric. It was designed to be paired with the Meghan sweatpants, a signature style and forever favorite piece from the brand.

"Our new lounge sets reflect the comfortable style mantra I've embraced nonstop in the last few months."–Arielle

Tie dye continues to dominate this year in new ways. Team SN is bringing us an army green print on soft lightweight corduroy. The Edie mini dress is the kind of wardrobe staple that looks equally great with sneakers and with heels, depending on your mood.

For those who love set styling, the Birdie is a wear-everywhere corduroy pant and top combination that will be a welcome break from our all-lounge-everything looks.

"I can't get enough of tie dye, and I wanted to combine the print with new silhouettes and fabrications. The Edie and Birdie let me bring that desire to life."–Arielle

Occasions to dress up look different now, too. The phrase "all dressed up with nowhere to go" has never been more relevant. The truth is, sometimes you dress up just for yourself–which is when SN's new sweaters and denim come in. The Maisie sweater is the perfect choice for those in-between moments when you want to feel more formal. It can be worn either on or off the shoulder for flexible styling.

In designing the Hattie sweater, Team SN took a classic silhouette and added feminine details like bows on the cuff to make it a not-so-basic basic. Both sweaters seamlessly pair with the effortlessly chic Roxie jeans, the newest style to join SN's much-loved denim styles, to complete the look.

"I wanted to create sweaters that felt like statement pieces without being too over the top. That's why the Maisie and Hattie sweaters each have subtle details."–Arielle

Something Navy has always had a pulse on what real women are wearing and what their closets crave. The January collection is the latest evolution of this mission, with functional pieces made with elegant accents in incredibly comfortable fabrics to help women look and feel their best. It's exactly what we need to take on 2021–something effortlessly on-trend made for real-world, everyday styling.
