I started my wellness journey with Future back in January and have loved every minute of it. Once I signed up and downloaded the app I was sent an intro box including a Future Apple Watch and water bottle. Talk about an incentive to get started! I was able to access the app straight from my wrist, making it easy to track my wellness metrics with my coach.
When picking my personal trainer, I wanted someone positive, easy-going, and not too intense. I took a quick survey about my preferences and lifestyle habits and was paired with a few coaches that aligned with my wants and needs. I was then able to choose one that worked best for me. After selecting a coach, Nicole, we sat down to discuss my goals—how often I wanted to work out, what worked for me in the past, and what I wanted to achieve. I love yoga and barre and wanted my workouts to resemble this at home while striving towards increased strength and flexibility.
We decided on my workout plan and over the past three months, Nicole messaged me every day, sending inspirational messages that went along with my daily workout. And because we all know life happens, Future made it easy to switch up my plan when I needed to change my schedule from five to three days a week without making me feel discouraged!
Overall, my experience with Future was a 10/10. I feel better, stronger, and am so excited to have found a workout that is consistent and keeps me on track.
