Tracy Anderson Method: I’ve heard good things about TAM but after one trip to their studio in Tribeca, I was far too intimidated to return. This makes streaming the perfect solution! I can take my time learning the routines sans culty vibes. I have been doing the beginner and fundamental levels for the mat workouts and love them both.
Peloton: I’ve never been more grateful for my Peloton bike! Even if you don’t have a bike or treadmill at home, the Peloton app is a good one. They have thousands of workouts you can do without any equipment. I’ve been loving the yoga series, as well as the quick 10 minute ab workouts (Rebecca Kennedy and Cody Rigsby are the best trainers IMO).
Melissa Wood Health: I love Melissa Wood Health’s videos. They are short, HARD, and effective. Before quarantine, I was under the impression that I needed to do long intense workouts to see results but I’ve been doing MWH’s workouts for a few months and I not only feel stronger but I definitely see a difference in my body too!
Housework by Sydney Miller: Sydney Miller’s Housework classes are full-body sculpting and conditioning workouts. She is such a great instructor and her workouts are so fun! A few weeks ago, I took her class during our Instagram live stream and I’ve been hooked ever since.
The Sculpt Society by Megan Roup: You've no doubt seen Megan Roup's cult-favorite workout routines all over Instagram, and I’ve been streaming her workouts from home all throughout quarantine. MOTIVNY: When I’m not doing BBG or boxing, I love getting in a virtual class with MOTIVNY. Every day at 12 pm EST, coaches Ross Twanmoh and Michael Autore host killer strength sessions via Instagram Live. I also love their Kinstretch sessions focused on recovery, longevity, and performance, which are especially great for runners like me who stretch… on occasion :)
