We'll take just about any excuse to upgrade our beauty regimen, but there's truly no better time than the start of a new season. It's when our favorite brands debut new innovations and the perfect time to welcome a fresh lineup.

For spring 2022, we're seeing an emphasis on natural skin and, in turn, barely-there foundation packed with complexion-loving ingredients. In the skincare space, beauty aficionados are raving about the sculpting benefits of gua sha and stripping back their routines to focus on a less-is-more approach. And finally, when it comes to hair, middle parts and claw clips continue to dominate. But one of the *hottest* trends set to make waves this season is shiny strands. Think: ultra-silky, ultra-glossy, and all-around healthy locks.

All of that said, read on for a peek at the products in our current rotation. We think you’ll love them, too.

Skin

This spring, we’re sticking to the basics, starting with Eve Lom’s highly anticipated new launch: the Foaming Cream Cleanser. Another non-negotiable? SPF. We love the Ilia Skint Tint, which features SPF 40 coverage and non-nano zinc oxide to help shield skin from UVA, UVB, UVC, blue light, and pollution. That’s not all: it also gives your skin light coverage with a luminous finish you’ll love.

Next in the lineup is moisturizer, particularly the Rose Inc Hydration Replenish Microencapsulated Plumping Gel, which cools the skin while smoothing the look of pores and brightening the complexion. (What more could you ask for, really?) Oh, and don’t forget about your lips! They, too, need moisture, and we’ve been relying on the Aerin Rose Lip Conditioner, which nourishes your pout while adding a subtle dose of color and shine.

And finally, if you want to reap the benefits of the gua sha trend, let us introduce you to the Sacheu Beauty Stainless Steel Gua Sha Tool, which has racked up a perfect five-star rating across the board for its near-instant results.

Makeup

And now for subtle glam. Surely you’ve heard of Selena Gomez’s latest launch: the Rare Beauty Positive Light Tinted Moisturizer SPF 20, which is the perfect way to go near-natural this season. Or, if you’re looking for a little more coverage, try Charlotte Tilbury’s Beautiful Skin Foundation, which everyone from beauty enthusiasts to supermodels has been raving about.

Once your base is complete, swipe on Kosas Air Brow Tinted Clean Volumizing Eyebrow Gel which fluffs brows and adds volume in a breeze — all while looking super natural. After that, give your lashes a boost with the bareMinerals Maximalist Phyto-Fiber Volumizing Mascara, which contains a micro-algae complex that thickens your natural lashes over time (yes, really).

In the mood to accentuate your pout? Look to Merit’s Lightweight Lipstick, which was born for makeup minimalists. It comes in eight shades and leaves a soft satin finish that’s so lightweight, you’ll forget it’s there.

Hair

If your shampoo and conditioner bottles are nearly empty, listen up: You’ll love the Oribe’s Hair Alchemy Strengthening Shampoo and Conditioner. Not only will the bright yellow packaging look so pretty in your shower, but this duo also reduces breakage and hydrates parched strands.

When was the last time you invested in a hair treatment? If it’s been a while, meet your match: Allyoos Juice Drench Hair Treatment. Dubbed a “green juice for your hair,” we love it for the way it rejuvenates our locks. After a single use, you’ll notice that it makes your hair feel extra soft and more manageable.

Perhaps your scalp needs a little TLC, or your hair is looking seriously dull. In that case, you need the new Gisou Honey Infused Scalp Treatment Serum, which nourishes and soothes the scalp for healthier-looking and shinier hair. And finally, to take your hair routine to the next level, take three of The Nue Co.’s Growth Phase Hair Supplements per day to combat hair thinning and damage.
