Shipping and Returns Policy
This Shipping and Returns Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and is subject to the provisions of the Terms. All terms not defined herein will have the meanings set forth in the Terms.
This Shipping and Returns Policy applies to purchases made directly from https://somethingnavy.com/ and to purchases made at Something Navy stores.
A significant surge in volume and other impacts from COVID-19, as well as the seriousness of the wildfires in the west (including Colorado/Utah) has created delays to all shipping services. SmartPost/Ground packages headed to the west coast will likely be delayed by 6+ business days. Packages not going in that direction will see some minor delays (1-2 business days) due to package holds and/or address redirecting.
Tracking Your Order All Something Navy products are fulfilled and shipped by us and are insured. As soon as your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number.
Items ordered on the Something Navy Marketplace are fulfilled and shipped by the Brand (the "Third-Party Seller"). When we receive a notification from the Third-Party Seller that your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number.

Something Navy Collection orders can be shipped in the US and internationally to Canada, Mexico, the UK, France, Germany, and Spain.
Delivery Time For items fulfilled and shipped by Something Navy:
US orders: in-stock orders are processed within 5-7 business days.
International orders: in-stock orders are processed within 10-15 business days and may be subject to additional transit time and customs clearance delays.
For items fulfilled and shipped by Third-Party Sellers:
US orders: in-stock orders are processed within 5-7 business days.

Canada and Mexico orders: USD $45 Flat Rate UK, France, Germany and Spain orders: USD $60 Flat Rate
International orders are shipped DDU “Delivered Duties Unpaid” and international customers will be responsible for the payment of any additional associated duties and taxes. Something Navy has no control over these charges and cannot predict what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for current charges.
Shipping and Warranties We are unable to ship to PO, APO, and/or FPO boxes.
All items purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Something Navy or any Third-Party Seller. Title to the items purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such items, passes to you when Something Navy or any Third-Party Seller delivers these items to the carrier.
Returns for Something Navy collection items
For domestic orders fulfilled and shipped by Something Navy, Something Navy accepts returns via our returns portal of unworn, unwashed, damaged or incorrect items in new condition within 15 days of the original delivery date for a full refund less a USD $12.75 return fee per order. Items must be returned with Something Navy tags attached. Exchanges and returns for store credit are exempt from the return fee.
Notice to Customers with Shipping Addresses Outside the United States: International customers are responsible for arranging their return shipment and will be charged a return fee of USD $12.75 per order. Orders returned due to a customer's refusal to pay the associated duties and taxes will be subject to an additional restocking fee of USD $35. The outbound international shipping fee of USD $25 is not refundable. All fees will be deducted from the amount of the refund. For damaged or incorrect items: Please contact customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of delivery for assistance. Damaged or incorrect items will not be accepted after 15 days of original delivery date. You are responsible for the item until it arrives at our warehouse.
ALL ITEMS NOTED AS FINAL SALE, DISCOUNTED MERCHANDISE (PRICE AS MARKED), GIFT CARDS, AND PERSONALIZED/MONOGRAMMED MERCHANDISE CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. How To Return or Exchange For Online Purchases: please go to our returns portal to submit your return or exchange request. You can find your 5-digit order number on both the confirmation email and packing slip, where it is listed as the “Web Number.”
If your item meets our return criteria, you will be able to download and print a return shipping label via the above link. All returns for a refund are subject to a return fee of USD $12.75 per order, unless the items are damaged or incorrect. Again, all exchanges or returns for store credit are exempt from the return fee.
Online orders of Something Navy collection product may be returned or exchanged at the Something Navy store. Note that third-party products purchased via our online marketplace cannot be returned in stores.
For in-store purchases: In-store purchases that meet our return eligibility criteria must be returned to the store where the items were purchased. Email validation and valid identification, such as a driver's license, state ID card, passport, or military/government ID, is required for non-receipt returns. The first name and last name on your form of identification must match the first name and last name on your order. If we cannot validate the first name, last name, or email associated with a non-receipt return, we will not be able to accept the return or issue store credit.
Refunds Upon receipt at our warehouse, your item will be inspected by our team. If your item does not meet any of the requirements set forth in this policy, we may refuse the refund.
Refunds will be processed once the inspection process is complete. It can take up to three weeks for your return to be processed. If you are returning for a refund, you will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. If you return a purchase made with a gift card, your refund will return to your gift card.
Returns for items sold by Third-Party Sellers
When you return an item purchased on somethingnavy.com from a Third-Party Seller via the Something Navy Marketplace, your return is sent back to the Third-Party Seller instead of to Something Navy. Third-Party Sellers on the Something Navy Marketplace accept returns of unworn, unwashed, damaged or incorrect items in new condition within 15 days of the original delivery date for a full refund. Items must be returned with tags attached. Beauty products must be unused and unopened.
You may return a third-party product purchased in-store back to the same store where it was originally purchased. However, online orders of third-party product cannot be returned in stores.
For Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please contact customer support within 15 days of delivery for assistance. Damaged or incorrect items will not be accepted after 15 days of original delivery date. You are responsible for the item until it arrives at the Seller's warehouse.
